Who Should Attend

Who Needs BLS

BLS for Healthcare Providers is typically required for registered nurses, LPNs, nursing students, medical and dental students, dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, EMTs, paramedics, physical and occupational therapists, respiratory therapists, medical assistants, radiology technicians, and anyone else working in a clinical role. If your employer asks for a "CPR card" and you work in healthcare, they almost always mean AHA BLS. When in doubt, check your employee handbook or call us and we can confirm.
